How long will it take to receive my personalized items?

If it’s an item that we stock, we will SHIP within 5 business days.

How long will it take to receive my non-personalized order?

If an order has no personalization and is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. Exact shipping days depends on your location. We ship from Barrington, Illinois.

How do you ship?
Most items are shipped via UPS. Although, sometimes items may be shipped via USPS.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We are equipped for shipments within the United States only.

Can I cancel and order once it has been placed?

If an in stock item is not personalized, it can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. Personalized orders go into production immediately and generally cannot be cancelled. Please call the store if you have a cancellation/correction to see if we can accommodate your request.

What if I enter a monogram in the incorrect order?

All of our custom items specify the order of initials in a monogram. Unfortunately, if you have put them in the incorrect order, we have no way of knowing. If you realize that you have made a mistake in the order, please call to see if the item has been entered into production and can be corrected.
